LML Expert Luncheon

Dave Shields retired from the CIA after 35 years plus ten years under contract.  He has a BA in International relations and an MA in economics from American University in DC.
His presentation will focus on the CIA’s analytical side.  Dave will discuss some of the intelligence failures and how they happen.  He will provide insights to the analytical process, how it works and how the product is delivered to the intelligence consumer.  He will then answer questions about the intel community in general and the agency in particular.
